With the latest embroidery and heat seal printing capabilities along with an in-house laundry facility, each of our facilities is structured to allow us to control all aspects of the wet and dry process to ensure quality while executing large orders well within a customer’s required lead-time. In fact, our high-performing factories in the United Arab Emirates offer average production times of less than thirty days.
Importantly, the strategic location of our extensive manufacturing facilities allows us to provide duty free benefits to our clients. Our six factories in Jordan and Egypt are in Qualified Industrial Zones (QIZ), allowing us to export apparel to the United States duty free. Our EU clients benefit from Egypt’s Free Trade Agreement with the European Union allowing all categories of apparel to be exported to member nations on a duty free basis as well.

- Full compliance with internal and external security measures;
- Full compliance with the CTPAT protocol as set by US Customs;
- Full compliance with local labor laws governing hours, payroll recording, benefits and social security for all workers;
- That no harmful industrial discharge or pollutants are released from its factories and no damage is done to the environment;
- No tolerance of negative or abusive behavior of employees or clients.
In addition, our deep relationships with renowned textile factories across Asia have given us access to some of the most unique and innovative fabric in the world. Today, that means we are able to serve our customers while supporting the earth and future generations by using eco-friendly and sustainable fabrics, such as bamboo, Cocona, and Minerale, whenever we can.
From the earliest stages of production, quality is top of mind. We engage field-quality auditors, who utilize the commercial four-point system to visit mills and perform audits on all fabrics before they are shipped to our factories. And to ensure conformity, we perform random quality checks on bulk fabrics at our in-house laboratories as well as the customers certified laboratories.
