  • Method Study (Seeing Movements of an operation)
  • WIP Control
  • Line Balancing
  • Capacity study
  • Cost estimation of a garment
  • Developing and Maintaining Skill Matrix
  • Incentives schemes
  • Calculating Thread Consumption
  • Work aids, Guide and Attachment
  • Performance Rating
  • Willing to relocate to Jordan or Egypt
